With just six days to go until CNY Brewfest 2007 at the New York State Fair in Syracuse, the 11th annual, and preparations are being made – meaning that I have booked the hotel and have business cards being printed. Business cards? Me, too – I have no idea why. Anyway, I am going to post more information here as I collect it. At the bottom of the post is a list of all the participants as of last Thursday.
-
- There is some good information in the comments section to the original post.
- Here is an Mp3 of the radio ad that Mick, organizer and man about Teddy’s at Armory Square.

[Even though I am an inconsiderate spammer, I would though I would be so rude as to post that] business cards are a good idea no matter where you go. Hope you got it from

I envy you. Not the business card spammers, but the beer. Nice list!

Actually I bought them locally from human beings who will keep the money local – as the internet is a wasteland of craptastic business card hucksters.

And as I recall from last time – frozen custard at the Mall!

Business cards? You know I thought the same thing. Why should I have cards? The simple and obvious answer is…people ask me for my contact information. It is much easier to give them a card than to write down stuff on a napkin. It does feel kinda funny sometimes.
Have a great time and please give us a full report!

Me and Inertiaboy are definitely going for the afternoon session. We’re staying at the Econolodge downtown (454 James St.)…Alan and Gr, maybe we can hook up to get a cab together for the Fairground?

We three Kingstonians are not at that hotel and are planning a little beer shopping pre-event but let’s hook up at the event for sure. Make sure you give plenty of time for the cab as Syracuse seems to have about seven for the whole City.

Actually, for the bus, you take number 82 to Baldwinsville. On Saturday, it leaves at 12h35 from the corner of Salina/Fayette and arrives at 12h53 at the CNY fairground. Fare is 1$. However, on the way back, take a cab since there isnt a return bus till 6h30PM!

Key message: no lake effect on Saturday. Sunday…well, we may drive home via Albany.
