It appears Ottawa is awash with straws these days as there are any number of neato ideas with which one can grasp so as to make one feel better about oneself, such as this:

And those are the people that we’re targeting.” Conservative insiders have been saying for several months that the party strategy is to go after the large number of Canadians who consider themselves middle class.
