Somewhere in America I hit two 30 yard field goals. I could do that when I was a skinny kid but haven’t done it for close to 30 years.
Not really that hard to believe given I filled the gap with at least 20 years of semi-regular soccer but it is a different skill than that round ball with all its room for forgiveness. But I am way too big. I need to do a Ben. So I bought a bench. I need to find my inner ox within my outer Dom Deluise. It’s a good bench. At only 89 bucks USD at a Dick’s it’s what I can use rather than snap.

Jay’s comment above was sidetracked for some reason. I do agree that the beer is an issue but, as my wife was much surprised to see, some does get spat and poured as the reviews are read and that can simply be increased however much the gods of qualtiy hops and malt are angered. It is more exercise that is needed but the bulk of muscle is a part of that. I need to be a more mobile ox.

The on-sale-at-Dicks 89 USD bench, a simple Bowflex 3.1, has panned out well. Already up to 400-500 sit ups a week and likely up to 1,000 in a couple more. The recline crunch setting is very good. I have a habit of busting exercise equipment so that this is so sturdy is good.
